• How to connect to the meeting

  Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for a one-day pass for that day; AIEA does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events. Session presenters-- those who are listed in the conference program and are formally presenting a session or facilitating a roundtable discussion-- are able to come to their session only without registering, but will not be permitted in the exhibit hall, will not receive conference materials, and will not be able to attend conference events other than the session they are facilitating.
